Would anyone care to discuss weather the addition of stabil or marvel magic oil would impact the way ethanol degrades fiberglass resin?

I have a theory that one of the reasons that Dave is not having issues with his tanks is that he is using pre-mix instead of straight fuel.
(You are using premix, right?)

Wrong !! I use regular grade ethanol gas only in tanks. No pre mix . The Gas I buy comes from many different places including marinas.

next theory ?

BTw -- can someone show me all the damages first hand from ethanol ? I hear about it and it might happen but Show me the facts?

Here's a thread over at AFF with photos of a leaking (Avid) tank. Don't know what the root cause is, though. Could be a manufacturing defect.
