After ice out in 2008 , I took guy from Chicago - Jason Stauffenburg which I was working with on a project in my Kitfox to Long Point, Ontario. This is about 22 miles out into the middle of Lake Erie. Wind were gusty that day but we we able to get down on the beach. Derek came along in his Beaver Amphib and landed in the water. BRRRRRRRR cold.

Very nice info that Long point flight. Do you guys plan on going there again? Please let me know so I could plan a trip there too
